Friends may split weekly packages. Two friends, each coming once per week, would receive the rate of $40 each.
How Often Should I Do Pilates?
While selecting a schedule, keep in mind that the more frequently you practice Pilates, the more quickly you will notice an improvement.Once per week is a good place to start. You must work out at least once per week to make any progress.
For the maximum value, choose twice per week. This is a good balance between Pilates and budget. You will experience results more quickly than once per week.
Three times per week was considered the ideal by Joseph Pilates, who required that all students perform their Pilates exercises three times a week. If maximum results in minimum time is your goal, opt for three times per week.
Keep in mind, that no matter which schedule you choose, you can always supplement with additional home Pilates mat workouts to speed up your results. I will be glad to recommend some videos for augmenting your Pilates practice with a home workout. However, the Pilates method is very sensitive to small changes, and very small deviations in the movement can hamper or even hurt your progress. It is very important to only use the videos I recommend, and also to attend regular Pilates sessions to monitor you and ensure you are using the proper form for each movement. (Plus, most people think the reformer we use in class is more fun than a home mat workout, anyway!)
The Introductory Session
All clients start their Pilates journey with a 45- to 60-minute Introductory session. Learn more.
Depending upon how challenging the session is, and how you feel that day, regular sessions will last up to 30 minutes. You will probably surprise yourself. If you wish to progress to hour-long workouts, we can offer extended sessions.

Please notify us before scheduling your first session if you have allergies to tea tree oil or other essential oils that may be used in aromatherapy. Tea tree oil is used to sanitize the Pilates equipment between sessions.
